For small and large series

Injection molding is a primary molding process, in which a plastic (thermoplastics, thermosets, elastomers) is liquefied and injected into a tool under pressure. The plastic cools down and solidifies within the mold or the injection mold. The tool thus defines the shape and surface structure of the component. After opening the mold, the finished part can be removed. Large quantities can be manufactured inexpensively with injection molding. But you can also get small series from us. When creating the tool, we can again e.g. use the laser sintering process. Finished tools from laser form A6 with steel-like properties can be produced here.

Benefits

  • Short processing times
  • Manufacture of particularly robust and precise components
  • Both small series and large quantities are possible
  • High reproducibility
  • Wide variety of materials (plastics) can be used
  • High process stability
  • Finishing such as coloring and painting possible
